Le r\u00f4le d\u2019un consultant consiste \u00e0 intervenir aupr\u00e8s des organisations ou bien des entreprises afin d\u2019y analyser et r\u00e9soudre certains probl\u00e8mes ponctuels.
L’importance, comme le souligne Olivier Zara<\/a> est d\u00e9j\u00e0 de bien faire la diff\u00e9rence entre un probl\u00e8me compliqu\u00e9 ou complexe. Car en fonction on ne demandera pas les m\u00eames comp\u00e9tences au cabinet de conseil sollicit\u00e9 et il n’utilisera pas les m\u00eames techniques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dans l’exemple cit\u00e9 en objet, on oublie trop souvent (surtout dans le secteur public d’Etat) que certains consultants peuvent \u00eatre amen\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00ab\u00a0entretenir\u00a0\u00bb la d\u00e9pendance de leur client pour pouvoir continuer \u00e0 alimenter leur chiffre d’affaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

C’est aussi pour cela que mon approche vise \u00e0 faire monter en puissance la comp\u00e9tence d’un client (comme un entraineur sportif le fait avec ses athl\u00e8tes).
Elle participe \u00e0 l’autonomie et n’ob\u00e8re rien du besoin, souvent ponctuel, de recourir \u00e0 nouveau \u00e0 un consultant sur certains dossiers o\u00f9 le temps, ou la comp\u00e9tence fait d\u00e9faut en interne \u00e0 l’organisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

On aide \u00e0 distinguer le cas complexe (qui n\u00e9cessite beaucoup d’expertise en intelligence collective) du cas compliqu\u00e9 (qui demande de savoir comment s’y prendre), on essaye d’identifier la cause originelle pour ne pas mettre des pansements sur des jambes de bois, on forme de temps en temps, on propose des pistes et on accompagne souvent dans la r\u00e9alisation d’un plan d’actions.
Enfin on fait un bilan pour voir le chemin parcouru et on fait conscientiser sur les forces en pr\u00e9sence et celles acquises pour r\u00e9ussir mieux demain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
