Imaginez vous en train de boire un verre d’eau \ud83e\udd5b .

Par habitude, on est int\u00e9ress\u00e9 par le contenu qu’est l’eau, et nous sommes relativement indiff\u00e9rent au verre, le contenant.
On s’interroge : Est ce bien de l’eau, a t’elle bon go\u00fbt, est elle \u00e0 bonne temp\u00e9rature ?\u2026

Pourtant si il n’y avait par le verre on ne pourrait pas boire l’eau (ou alors plus difficilement et peut \u00eatre par terre \ud83d\ude44 ).
Si le contenant est f\u00eal\u00e9 on risque de se couper, si il est inadapt\u00e9 on va en mettre partout, s’il n’est pas nickel il va peut \u00eatre donn\u00e9 un mauvais go\u00fbt \u00e0 l’eau \ud83e\udd22 \u2026

En faisant un parall\u00e8le avec nos organisations, le contenu c’est ce que l’on produit pour nos clients\/usagers, notre finalit\u00e9.

Mais sans le contenant, dans notre m\u00e9taphore, point de contenu !

Dans nos organisations, une partie du contenant ce sont les hommes et les femmes qui les composent : vous \ud83d\ude4d\u200d\u2642\ufe0f , les coll\u00e8gues \ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc69\u200d\ud83d\udc67\u200d\ud83d\udc67, les responsables \ud83e\udd37\u200d\u2640\ufe0f .

Du coup, je vous pose la question : que faites vous pour avoir un contenant au top \ud83d\udcaa ?
